1. Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes. Our license number is 231822 through the State of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration. We are also an ADA Medicaid Waiver Provider.

2. Are your caregivers trained?

Yes. We train each of our caregivers so we build upon the excellence they already bring. We train on elder care, Alzheimer’s care, recognizing signs of elder abuse, as well as continual training to keep their skills at their highest level.

3. Can you provide hourly care?

Yes. We’ll coordinate with you to provide the amount of in-home care you need.

4. Can you provide care in the evenings or weekends?

Yes. Our team of caregivers has the flexibility to assist you and your loved ones when you need us.

5. Does in-home care have to be done within a traditional home?

We provide care for your loved ones at assisted living facilities, Alzheimer’s facilities, or wherever your loved one resides. Even when home is a facility, knowing you have someone to spend time with your family member or take care of their additional needs is beneficial to you.

6. What age are your clients?

We care for clients of all ages. If you need assistance with your child who just went through surgery, and you can’t manage everything on your own during the recovery, we are there to help. If you are coming home after your newborn has arrived and need additional help as a new mom so you can make sure you get the rest you need and your house is well cared for, we are here to help. If you have an elderly mom or dad that needs someone to take them to doctor appointments, get groceries, or prepare meals, we can help. Whatever the age, we are ready to help you.
